The Helpdesk and Cloud Operations engineer will support the IT needs for the company (asset management, patching, help desk support) as well as monitoring and maintaining cloud infrastructure.

What you’ll do:
IT Operations:
Administration of Office365 (Exchange server, Active directory, Sharepoint)
Write powershell automations to improve service delivery and eliminate repetitive work
Remotely manage end user computers (laptops, desktops), ensuring up all applications are up to date
- Troubleshoot application challenges
Cloud Operations:
Application log management, monitoring and troubleshooting. Surfacing and discovering performance impacting trends for remediation.
Proactive identifying problem areas of a system, i.e. software bugs, misconfigurations and bottlenecks.
Incident, problem management and change management. Coordinating the incident response and service restoration.
What You’ll Bring
Experience:
5+ years in IT support or systems administration
Proven ability to work independently in a fully remote setup with US-based teams
Exposure to cybersecurity practices and security hardening (NIST, CIS, or similar frameworks a plus)
5+ years of experience managing cloud infrastructure (Azure, AWS preferred)
Understanding of how to troubleshoot applications and network infrastructure
- Understanding of cloud best practices
Technical Skills:
Hands-on Microsoft 365 tenant administration: Exchange Online, SharePoint, Teams, Entra ID (Azure AD), Intune
Exposure to cybersecurity practices and security hardening (NIST, CIS, or similar frameworks a plus)
Experience with CI/CD pipelines, dev automation and troubleshooting
Setup and management of AWS/Azure/GCP, including network infrastructure, tenant configuration and deployment patterns.
