Role Objective:
Gorilla Commerce is seeking an E-commerce Operations intern who will assist in optimizing and helping manage product listing attributes on various e-commerce marketplaces, including Amazon and Walmart. As an intern, you will learn the fundamentals of e-commerce and support projects and tasks to optimize our products and help grow the business.
What You’ll Do:
Gorilla Commerce is seeking an E-commerce Operations intern who will assist in optimizing and helping manage product listing attributes on various e-commerce marketplaces, including Amazon and Walmart. As an intern, you will learn the fundamentals of e-commerce and support projects and tasks to optimize our products and help grow the business.
What You’ll Do:
- Analyze product listing reports to identify optimization opportunities.
- Assist in conducting keyword research to enhance product discoverability.
- Review product listing pages on Amazon and Walmart to ensure we are meeting each marketplace’s guidelines.
- Learn about Amazon’s policies and guidelines to understand how to optimize listings and ensure compliance.
- Pursuing a BA/BS degree in E-commerce or Marketing or a related field
- Passion for learning about E-commerce and online retail
- Ideal for a self-starter who is eager to learn more about E-commerce
- Familiarity with Amazon and Walmart Marketplaces are a plus
- Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong attention to detail and ability to catch errors in large datasets
- Highly proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint)
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment
Pay Rate: $18/hour
Monday-Friday, 9am to 5pm
