The Role: 
As a Product Operations Optimization Manager, you will be responsible for optimizing and managing product listing attributes on various e-commerce marketplaces, including Amazon and Walmart. Your primary goal will be to ensure that our product optimizations are made accurately and in a timely manner. In addition, you will oversee a team of Product Operations Optimization Specialists, guiding and supporting them to complete their work in a timely and accurate manner. You will collaborate closely with our Product Management team to implement SEO changes, update pricing and promotions, and manage bulk feed files within Seller Central.

What You’ll Do:
  • Create and upload bulk files for various product attributes (i.e. keywords, titles, features, variations) to maximize visibility and conversion rates and manage any catalog issues and errors.
  • Conduct keyword research to enhance product discoverability.
  • Proactively seek cross-functional collaboration to execute optimization strategies for products throughout various lifecycle stages. 
  • Stay updated on Amazon's policies and guidelines to ensure compliance and mitigate risks.
  • Assist in pricing and promotion strategies to boost sales and maintain competitiveness.
  • Oversee a team of Product Operations Optimization Specialists to ensure accurate and timely work output.
  • Ensure compliance with each marketplace’s policies and guidelines.
Skills & Qualifications:
  • 4+ Years Experience in Amazon listing optimizations.
  • Excellent understanding of Amazon's marketplace and policies, particularly in backend systems (i.e. Seller Central); Walmart Marketplace experience preferred.
  • Proven experience in Amazon listing optimization using bulk upload files within Seller Central and ability to troubleshoot and resolve file errors independently.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to catch errors in large datasets. 
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Proficiency in keyword research and SEO strategies.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • High proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Amazon Seller Central, and other relevant software.
  • TikTok Shop catalog management experience a plus. 
This is a fully remote position, M-F 9am-5pm EST
