Position Snapshot 

You will support the broader creative team as a Graphic Design Intern, helping elevate creative content and expand our production and packaging capabilities. In this role, you’ll contribute to digital content creation, retail packaging and display mockups, and the development of core brand assets. You bring a strong interest in brand-building and visual storytelling, along with working knowledge of Figma and Adobe Creative Suite. Experience with packaging renders is a plus.

What You'll Do 

  • Support the creative team by designing digital content across brand, social, and commerce channels 

  • Evaluate digital assets for color accuracy, ensuring proper color match and updating as necessary.  

  • Assist with the development of retail packaging, display mockups, and production-ready design files 

  • Create and update brand assets to ensure consistency across platforms and touchpoints 

  • Collaborate with category managers, product development teams, and cross-functional partners to bring concepts to life 

  • Prepare design files for review, production, and presentation, incorporating  

  • Contribute to visual storytelling through thoughtful layouts, typography, and design execution 

  • Gain hands-on experience in packaging, production processes, and brand development best practices 

What You Bring 

Must-Haves 

  • You have a strong interest in graphic design, brand development, and visual storytelling 

  • You’re comfortable working in Figma and Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign) 

  • You have a solid design foundation, including layout, typography, and attention to detail 

  • You’re eager to learn, take feedback, and contribute to a fast‑moving creative team 

  • You’re organized, reliable, and able to manage multiple design tasks in a collaborative environment 

Nice-to-Haves 

  • Experience or interest in emerging AI tools to support content creation, editing, and iteration. 

  • You’ve explored or worked on packaging design, production files, or packaging renders 

  • You have a portfolio (school or personal projects welcome) that shows creative thinking and execution
